TURNING
Our turning department is equipped with the latest CNC long-turn lathes with up to 11 axes; we machine bar stocks from 1.0 mm to 26.0 mm in diameter. Complete machining of turned parts, including thread milling, thread whirling, high-frequency milling, and deep-hole drilling, is standard. We also have CNC short-turn lathes with up to 9 axes, dual spindles, and driven tools. Machining bar stocks up to 42 mm in diameter is possible
MILLING
Innovative manufacturing, advanced machinery, and a highly motivated and experienced workforce guarantee products of the highest quality. To maintain and even further expand this standard, we regularly invest in our state-of-the-art machinery. Our milling department is equipped with the most modern CNC milling machines and turning centers with up to 5 axes, enabling every conceivable milling process. We develop and manufacture our own production tools, thus ensuring the economic needs of our customers as well as the quality of our products.
GRINDING
Since the founding of Machelf Pvt Ltd, our focus has been on the manufacture of surgical instruments and the production of implants and prostheses for use in the orthopedic field.

LASER MARKING
Laser markings can be produced quickly, automatically, and individually. This allows for the application of very small markings. With our validated laser systems, the UDI is verified using a camera system, and the data is archived in a database. We can also issue a certificate upon customer request.
FINISHING
Sterile & Non-Sterile Cleaning & Packaging
LOGISTICS
Here our products are packaged, labeled and, if requested, shipped with material certificates, etc.
